After being tired of her own struggle with weight loss, Angel entered the wellness arena and soon discovered that woman have this constant battle with wellness. She wanted to inspire and show women that there is an easier way to live better, healthier and in doing so become a better version of themselves.

During the beginning phase of any of our LF journeys you could feel intensely motivated and at the same time overwhelmed and sore from the new way of training. Please keep that momentum of motivation going in the coming weeks and keep pushing hard, it will become easier as you become stronger!

The LF programs work and it has done so for so many women in the past. It WILL work for you but you will have to work the program. Sometimes it takes long to see a change and sometimes it occurs over night. This all depends on your own body and your own dedication to the program.

How does Legallyfit work?

This program is aimed at a weight loss & toning but with a deeper purpose connected to it.

- or the corporate working woman lacking time and who would not want to get too bulky and just want some confidence through training

- train with Angel every day from our 40 video program or
- get trained and educated by Angel and enroll for the 14 day or 16 week programs

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Duration

Depends on every coarse. But our training with Ange courses is for so long you feel the need to train with her on the full length training sessions. These sessions also are increased as the time goes on and new sessions are added from time to time. Normally it is about 40 min in length.

2. Time commitment

The courses are made to fit most people. Some want a short session and others more advanced. Hope you can enjoy both.

3. Pace

Our step clases is normally fast pased but the power trainings more instructor led. You can also pause the training to give you more time.

4. Difficulty

It is for beginners and intermediate training. More advaced classes are usually in Ange's personal classes.

5. Streaming

The streaming is done by sofisticated software and is available on every tipe of video playback instrument like phones computers and tablets.

6. Subjects

Full body training is given.You can train all the body and firmup aand cardio is done with everybody. Some of the courses you can choose what you want to do for the day.

7. Course language

It is done in english.

8. Instructor support

Some of the coarses have a live Q & A.We will help on mail whenever you write to support.

9. Platform

You can use computer,mobile or tablet to play your videos.

10. Course access

Courses differ in length but the training courses are availlable as long as the monthly fee is paid. The new courses added there is without addisional costs.

11. Monthly

Monthly training will be available as long as payments are made and can be stopped at any time.

12. Money back

Money back cannot be done because we commit to the space on the network and bandwith .But we are fully assured that if you use the traing you will be more than satisfied on the quality and what you will achieve with the program.
